Every company has them on their website. Ask an organisation for their ‘values’ and they’ll reel you off the list, but ask them what those values mean, and you may be met with a quieter response... But not at Embridge. Here, our values have real meaning.
We have an Embridge Framework built on our Values and Essentials. These are the commitments we make as individuals and as a team, to each other, to our clients, and to all the contacts we make in the course of our work.
The Values are the commitment we make as a team in the way we will act, conduct ourselves, and interact with others. These underpin every aspect of all of our service delivery, across the company and across all divisions.
The Essentials are the commitments we make to our team as a company and an employer of choice, enabling and nurturing the wellbeing of our team and their continued development with us.
But we don’t stop there. We don’t just pop a pretty diagram up and say, ‘Job done!’. We put meaning into those headline values and essentials.
We have a Book of Behaviours which every member of the team is provided with at onboarding which details what those values and essentials really mean. They provide the blueprint and the underlying culture of support, accountability, and responsibility which is vital to the success of us as a business, but vital to the success of our team as individuals. We want them to pursue excellence, for our clients, and also for themselves – we want them to recognise their effort and creativity, and take pride in the exceptional work they carry out. We empower our team to know they make a real difference.
