Specialising in project management, change management and business process re-design – Emma provides leadership and vision but is also able to delve into detail when required. Comes from an operations background.
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst Emma has developed information systems and operational processes across commercial, charity and public sector organisations. Confident in liaising with senior stakeholders and boards which is critical for the projects she has been involved with. As well as being ‘hands-on’ and managing projects, Emma also manages the Embridge Consulting team who together support clients effectively and innovatively.
Emma’s experience in managing through the project lifecycle, embedding project processes and change in organisations allows her to have the knowledge that businesses can often lack when implementing change and business information systems.
In particular Emma has been working with Agresso Business World since 1997 and has been responsible for many change initiatives including international implementations, recovery projects, upgrades and large business process re-designs with budgets in excess of £10m. She also has a proven track record of developing High Performing Teams.

Outside of Embridge, Emma has a busy social life with friends and family and gets to the gym when she can. Emma successfully completed a half marathon in Brighton in 2005 followed by the London Marathon in the same year. But these days, most of her spare time is spent with her husband
Business Development Manager and Senior Consultant
A qualified Chartered Accountant with practical commercial experience, Steve has successfully implemented and managed corporate information systems managing a support team and looking after 6000 users worldwide. Whilst a customer, Steve was on the User Group Council for 12 years, three of them as the UG chairman, with Emma O’Brien as my deputy for part of that time. Steve considers himself particularly skilled in business consultancy having come from the real world, and understands what customers go through both whilst implementing and also post go live.
Steve has Implemented Agresso 4.05 in 1997 at MVA, a consultancy company; subsequently upgraded through 5.21 to 5.4, rolling it out globally to Asia and into a sister company in the USA. Ran the system for over 600 users worldwide supporting all the users, new developments, report writing and all the business re-engineering.
Steve moved to Halcrow (engineering, consultancy) to run their global Agresso 5.5 implementation covering 7,500 users across all continents. Optimised their system, introducing new functionality and leading the upgrade to 5.6, the first customer to take this release in the entire Agresso client base worldwide. Steve moved to Unit4 for 2½ years as a principal consultant implementing in the PSA market but also working with the prestigious CG Centres worldwide implementation.

PCB and Financials; Steve also has particular skills in Excelerator report writing. He has a thing for consistency and data structures.
Steve enjoys foreign travel, is a member of the Rock Choir and has performed on stage at the O2 to a packed house of over 14,000; they also made a recording recently at Abbey Road!!!!! He enjoys cycling, and represented Unit4 in the Palace to Palace cycling sponsored event for the last two years. Interesting fact, Steve jointly holds a world record in the Guiness book of records - you will have to ask him what for??!!!
Head of Managed ERP
Jane is a qualified accountant with over 17 years of Agresso experience specialising in all Financial Modules and Logistics but also has in depth knowledge of PCB, HR and CRM. She is an excellent communicator who collaborates well with people at all levels. Jane is pragmatic with strong analytical skills and real attention to detail with a proven track record in delivering business benefits through automation.
Jane has most recently been project manager at Currie and Brown implementing the ABW Milestone 4 solution within 5 months! Janes key skills and achievements:
• Lead on implementation, build work and testing of the first implementation of Agresso Global Information Solution (GIS)
• Global financial work stream lead for Agresso international roll out and on site month end support for each global region (Europe, Middle East, India and Hong Kong)
• Review of all finance processes following the UK implementation resulting in the development of various excelerator reports
• Other skills include project management, SQL, excelerator, excelerator post back and browser report writing, workflow, data migration and training

Jane is married with two children and enjoys spending her spare time playing badminton and is part of the local book club.
