Back in April 2019 Unit4 acquired Intuo to expand their ‘soft HR’ offering.
Since then the Intuo software which provides insights from all aspects of the employee journey; measuring engagement, tracking objectives, facilitating 1-2-1 conversations and an easy to use Learning Management Solution has gradually entwined to provide a larger U4 offering.
In January 2021, Intuo entered the next phase of its transition being incorporated into the larger Unit4 Human Capital Management offering to be known as Unit4 Talent Management.
This final phase of its transition but start of its HCM journey will combine the people focussed performance management and the efficiency of Unit4’s core HR processes, such as payroll and time management.
