In this discussion based session we will share and explore occasions when change has gone well at work, identifying:

  • What helped make it work?
  • What didn’t work and what hindered it?
  • What difference do you notice?
Session 4

In this discussion based session we will share insights on how to identify and how to avoid change fatigue in the projects you are involved with.

Session 5

In this discussion based session we will establish what your role in the change management process can be and provide examples of how you can impact change plans.

Session 6

In this discussion based session we will discuss the change management process and the tools you can use to efficiently manage change as a manager.

Session 7

In this discussion based session we will help you develop your own tips for change management and give insights on how these can evolve in line with your own organisational strategies.
