This course will build on the Workflow basics course and includes master file workflows, adding multi-level approvals via OR-Splits and/or distribution rules priorities, adding deadlines, escalations and email alerts.
This course is for users that have attended the Workflow Basics and have a good understanding of the Unit4 ERP cornerstones.
All courses are delivered virtually. On site training is available on request.

The overall learning experience was one I thoroughly enjoyed. I felt completely comfortable to ask any questions nothing was too much trouble for the trainer who made me feel completely at ease. The pace of delivery was excellent and easy to follow and what was nice is that we discussed our processes and other areas relating to workflow to enhance our knowledge of what can be done within the system. I would highly recommend the course which has definitely given me more skills and knowledge for my role. Everyone was engaging on the course and asking questions it was great and I think much of that was down to the trainer in the delivery of the session. A big thank you to the trainer for making it an enjoyable learning experience.
