Staying hydrated is good for your Mind!
Here at Embridge we have been focusing a lot on mental health and well-being at work.
With our own charity event, ‘150+ miles in 31 days’ for our ten-year anniversary being held this month to get us all moving and raising money for Bristol, Mind. It only seemed fitting that we delve into the huge media coverage around mental health with a new elearning suite of courses.
Within the GLAD team, our expert designers and developers in our elearning team have been creating some short, accessible, courses that employees can access on their phones/tablets/computers, anytime and anywhere. Whether your company is built upon 10 people, 10,000 people or just yourself, taking time to focus on mental health has never been more important than it is currently.
We wanted to kick-start this well-being at work with a focus on keeping hydrated. With the hot weather we’ve been experiencing in the UK as of late, it is highly important that we ensure we keep our hearts and minds happy by drinking enough water. Whether you’re sat at your desk or out on site make sure you grab a bottle and go. It really is that simple!
