This role will be responsible for all new business sales opportunities and a small team of ERP Sales professionals. This position will provide senior leadership in business development to grow market share and increase income through commercial expansion, along with planning and overseeing marketing and lead generation into our target markets. 
The role will be responsible for developing new business, new markets, sales / income targets and KPIs, taking a lead on implementing, reporting on and reviewing operational sales and marketing activities in order to drive revenue and increase Embridge market share. 
As part of the Sales Management Team, the position requires experience and proactive leadership to drive performance and growth aligned with the Company’s core values, commercial plans, and budgets, ensuring targets are met and the team is performing at a high level. 
The role will have a comprehensive understanding of ERP / software business solutions as well as key partners and suppliers in the industry. In addition, an up-to-date view of the competitive landscape is required.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least five years’ experience in a sales role
