Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a creative, passionate individual with sound experience in marketing campaigns within software or digital transformation to support our Marketing Manager in the delivery of our strategic and operational marketing goals – a Marketing Campaign Specialist.

We need an individual who is able to bring knowledge, experience, and a pro-active approach to ensure Embridge’s marketing activities are impactful, of high quality, and are delivered on time and on budget. The Marketing Campaign Specialist should have sufficient real-world marketing experience to be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and be comfortable both working on their own initiative and in a virtual team environment. They should also have an understanding of sales processes and be able to factor these in when building and executing marketing campaigns. Assigned campaigns will need to achieve prospect and customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness goals as defined at the development stage. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will:

• Work with the Marketing Manager and key individuals across Embridge to develop campaigns of exceptionally high standard
• Produce meaningful insights into campaign successes through reporting and analysis that we can use for continual improvement
• Assist with organising and promotion of events and conferences where appropriate
• Support the management of our digital channels to enhance audience engagement
• Contribute to the management of CRM
• Help drive brand awareness in target markets, and support the Marketing Manager in refining Embridge’s value proposition
• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and delivering high quality, relevant content

These are just some of the activities our Marketing Campaign Specialist will be involved with and you will be required to perform any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the Marketing Manager.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least three years’ experience in a marketing campaign role
• Good attention to detail
• Analytical and research capabilities to understand target markets and develop targeted messaging
• Strong copywriting skills to support content development including emails, landing pages, case studies, press releases, longer form content and social posts
• Prior experience with marketing CRM tools – HubSpot experience would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to build constructive relationships inside Embridge and with our clients, partners and suppliers
