Embridge Consulting is on a trajectory of significant strategic growth, and we are in the process of expanding our services and our team to accommodate our plans for continued success. As part of this, we are expanding our sales team and are looking to engage an experienced, highly proficient, and outstanding Senior Sales Account Manager.

Experienced Senior Account Manager

An experienced Senior Account Manager is required to sell our world-class service offerings.  The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, and the ability to meet and exceed quotas. The post holder will have a passion for winning; taking business to the next level.  The post holder should be very hands-on, and able to consistently build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term sales plans and execute on them for our prospects.  The ideal candidate will have significant experience selling Unit4 or leading class ERP software solutions as well as proven success at smaller start-up companies. It’s critical to our business that our Account Executives have been employed by, or competed against, Public Sector ERP / Finance system providers in complex selling situations. The role will be remote based but significant travel to client sites will be expected. 

An experienced Senior Account Manager is required to sell our world-class service offerings. 

Main tasks of the role :

  • Responsible for building sales pipeline in existing Embridge and Unit4 business
  • Meet and/or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams
  • Manage and followup qualified leads
  • Execute Embridge Sales methodology
  • Update and maintain CRM solution

Essential Skills:

  • At least 5 years demonstrable experience in sales related account management
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience selling ERP solutions
  • Demonstrable ability to sell ERP solutions
  • Possess a proven track record of significant knowledge of one or more sectors including but not limited to Public Sector, Professional Services and Higher Education
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
  • High quality outcome-focused approach
  • Degree level educated
  • Achieving at least 3 ‘A’ levels or equivalent educational level qualification
  • Creative, collaboration and enthusiastic.
  • Experience of selling for major software vendors or competing against them in complex selling situations
