Support Consultant: Supporting Our Clients’ Digital Evolution

We are looking for a knowledgeable and expert Finance Support Consultant, ideally with a background in Unit4 ERP software consultancy, to join our team.

The Support Consultant will:

  • Provide remote consultancy for Embridge Consulting clients
  • Be able to respond promptly and knowledgeably to our client support requests
  • Use initiative and knowledge to research logged tickets and provide our clients with solutions or action plans
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ensure successful outcomes for our clients, with continued achievement of conclusive resolutions for all support requests
  • Act as a team, helping and supporting each other with knowledge transfer and escalation assistance
  • Promote best practice within Embridge Consulting by assisting colleagues to provide best in class solutions to clients, through advice and guidance, and best practice templates and standards

These are just some of the activities our Support Consultants will be involved with. Your knowledge, reliability, and expert support for the ongoing maintenance and sustainability of our clients’ ERP systems will be essential to helping our clients achieve their strategic ambitions and bring positive change to digital landscapes within organisations.

Essential skills

Here are some of the skills our Support Consultants must bring:

  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Able to work to deadlines and tight timescales
  • Demonstrable experience of using similar software solutions in a support capacity, ideally Unit4 ERP
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team, versatile and flexible with a can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks as required
  • Demonstrable appetite to excel, setting an example to the wider delivery team including other Support Consultants, and clients to deliver high quality outcomes
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Qualifications / accreditations in relevant field of expertise
