Training & Digital Adoption Consultant

Training & Digital Adoption Consultant – Forms a core part of the Business Change & Digital Adoption Division by enabling our ability to design, develop, and deliver training and digital adoption services as an effective change enabler for our client organisations.

A core element of the role is to develop new and existing training material and deliver standard and bespoke training to our customers. This requires the post holder to carry out training, digital learning, and digital adoption support activities, such as determining the correct collateral has been written, is up-to-date and ready for use with clients and has followed due quality assurance processes as defined in our QMS procedure. Working with a team of like-minded creative people, this role is involved in every step of the process and will have a real impact on how end-user training at Embridge is delivered.

An important part of the role is knowledge of the end user systems we support, such as Unit4 ERP Software, Xledger, or Proactis, and being able to devise and deliver multi-platform training, digital learning, and adoption solutions for all these products (classroom, 1:1, virtual, etc.) is essential. The ability to deploy and support clients with WalkMe Digital Adoption solutions is also key to this role, including helping clients to analyse customer use cases and build creative solutions and oversee a program of multiple onboarding and Digital Adoption Project implementations.

The post holder will coordinate their activities with contributions from team members across the Division on current and future projects. This will help to empower our clients to take ownership of their learning solutions and engage their end users in solutions designed to fit their normal flow of day-to-day work, and meet our clients’ business needs, strategic goals, and challenge

Main tasks of job:

• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to understand and document training requirements and system processes.
• Use relevant methods to create training material creation (Training Course Presentations, User Guides, Quick Guides, Videos etc).
• Create and update engaging training material, always with the end-user experience in mind.
• Deliver off-the-shelf training courses virtually and on site at customer offices across all our business system applications.
• Deliver Public Courses virtually and on-site if required.
• Prepare bespoke training material to deliver to customers.
• Define best practices, creative solutions and ways to use the DAP, based on a deep understanding of our clients’ goals.
• Manage the DAP Project Project onboarding efforts by understanding business objectives and partnering with the platform and business owners to tie those to technical configuration and detailed design deliverables.
• Apply best practices to establish custom solutions using the DAP solution.
• Gather business/ technical requirements through interviews and analysis.
• Produce system design documents and participate in technical DAP walkthroughs.
• Share accurate knowledge across the wider team and learn from others by shadowing or self-teaching.
• Support Embridge Consulting in other activities as needed e.g. assisting in responding to sales tender documents, assisting in software presentations etc.
• Prepare training courses in generic and professional way for anyone to deliver to customers.
• Undertake TNA at customer sites and liaise with customers as to training requirements, scope, delivery and timing.
• Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the Training & Digital Adoption Manager.
