Embridge Consulting strengthen senior leadership team with two new Board appointments

Technology-enabled business transformation specialists, Embridge Consulting, has announced the appointments of Alex Ashley-Roberts and Lucy Fox to its Board to help strengthen its senior leadership team.

With extensive experience in B2B marketing, Alex has held multiple senior and board level roles predominantly in the tech sectors, including VP Digital Marketing for software company Unit4, and Chief Marketing Officer for Source-to-Pay software solution provider, Proactis.

Having originally joined Embridge as Interim Head of Marketing and Business Development in July 2025, Alex has since played a pivotal role in developing a new sector-focused sales and marketing strategy, leading to the appointment of a dedicated business development team.

With decades of experience in SaaS B2B sales from individual contributor to senior sales and commercial roles, including VP of Sales for OpenSensors and Chief Commercial Officer for Proactis, having originally joined Embridge as Interim Sales Director, Lucy now joins Embridge as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Working alongside Alex and wider members of the senior leadership team, she is set to drive the next phase of the consultancy’s ambitious growth strategy and increase market share across key sectors.

The Board appointments come at an exciting time for Embridge and follows the launch of its new brand positioning – an emotionally intelligent and ‘elastic’ approach to change – set to reshape industry conversation and establish the consultancy at the forefront of the business transformation sector.

Having spent the last six months or so working closely with Embridge as Interim Head of Marketing and Business Development, I have seen first-hand the team’s proven approach to business transformation and clear track record of success. The launch of our new Elastic Change™ and EQ-led positioning marks a defining moment for the business, and I’m excited to drive forwards a marketing and growth strategy that truly reflects how organisations need to approach transformation today.
