London, September 21, 2022 – Embridge Consulting, a leading boutique Digital Transformation Consultancy, specialising in Enterprise Resource Planning implementations, Business Change and Digital Adoption, today announced the appointment of Paul Gardner as Chief Experience Officer (CXO).
In this new role for Embridge, Paul will work right across the business to create client-focussed strategies and programmes to support the delivery of exceptional experiences. Embridge prides itself on working side-by-side with clients, supporting, helping, and empowering them as they take their next steps on the journey of digital transformation.
Paul’s appointment will see him become an ambassador and champion for Embridge’s clients, ensuring that:
• the organisation is equipped with the right tools and guidance
• the different operational business functions are all fully aligned towards the client
• we continue to deliver improvement to all of our clients, large and small
Joining the Embridge Board of Directors with immediate effect, Paul will also work closely with Emma O’Brien, CEO and Founder of Embridge Consulting, and the rest of the Senior Management Team, to drive the organisational vision, operational strategy and hiring needs to develop and enhance client success.
With a 30-year career in IT, Paul has spent the last 15 years in senior management roles and serving on the boards of several companies. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the software and digital transformation space, having worked for organisations including Infor, Midland HR and Advanced.
