A global software vendor, Unit4 offers enterprise solutions in a SaaS delivery model, deployed on Microsoft Azure platform, providing mid-to-large size organisations with innovative and user-friendly Finance, Procurement, HR, and Payroll functionality, underpinned by highly secure, scalable, and protection-compliant cloud services. Embridge Consulting has a strategic relationship with Unit4, working together successfully since our business was founded in 2009. Our CEO works closely with the both the Regional and Global Leadership teams at Unit4, ensuring our services and offering complements and continues to provide value to the Unit4 client base.
In 2020, Unit4 launched its Global Partnership Programme where all Partners globally were assessed, and we were delighted to be awarded Elite Partnership Status in recognition of our experience, success of our relationship and client satisfaction. We are confident this is down to the way we manage our relationship with Unit4 and how we collaborate successfully in representing and delivering solutions to our clients.
In 2023, we retained our Elite Partner status for the fourth year in a row. In recognition of the collaborative and successful way in which Embridge Consulting partners with Unit4, Embridge Consulting was also awarded Global Partner of the Year at the Unit4 Annual Partner Forum in 2021, and was awarded Global Service Delivery Partner of the Year at the Unit4 Annual Partner Forum in 2022.
Our partnership enables us to influence the direction of product development based on our experience and understanding of client requirements, and also enables us to ensure all our consultants are fully certified across the broad range of Unit4 modules.
Unit4 certifications are available to all Unit4 partners, and we are very proud to hold the highest number of certifications achieved. We currently have 45+ certifications across our consultancy team and are continuously encouraging and supporting the professional development of our staff.

Embridge Consulting is a partner of GCON4, being reseller for GCON4’s innovative tools, such as the GCON4 MFL tool developed by GCON4 with the intention of helping Unit4 clients to streamline and greatly reduce the time it takes to perform data migration.
The GCON4 MFL tool provides a an easy, fast, and safe method of migrating and updating huge volumes of data to Unit4 ERP, integrating between legacy systems and Unit4 ERP to ensure accurate data migration.

IS9001 is a globally recognised standard designed to support an organisation’s fundamental requirement for consistent Quality Management processes. By maintaining an externally certified quality policy, an organisation ensures that it meets the requirements to satisfy clients and stakeholders, showing that they are continually improving quality performance, use modern technologies and processes, and are compliant with any regulations applicable to their services and products.
By having and maintaining this accreditation year on year, we show our commitment to quality and achieving excellence through robust and modern systems and processes in all aspects of our business, and our dedication to continually reviewing and enhancing our quality governance and service delivery.
IS27001 is a globally recognised information security standard which provides the specification for best-practice information security management systems (‘ISMS’). It is supported by its code of practice for information security management. By having best-practice ISMS, it provides a systematic approach consisting of processes, technology, and effective risk management. It supports compliance with numerous legislations, including GDPR and other key data protection and cyber security laws.
By having and maintaining our ISO27001 accreditation year on year, this provides us with an official accreditation that represents our commitment to information security management across all our client engagements, internal systems, and processes.
ISO14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS), and is the principal management system which specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of an EMS.
The tools and best practice processes underpinning the accreditation and our compliance with it set the environmental standards by which we will operate and how we will provide effective action for the positive impact of our environment.
Achieved in 2021, the ISO14001 standard is more relevant than ever, with a focus globally on taking positive steps to improve the climate and ensure that we act in a sustainable and eco-ethically way. Across the globe, we are all responsible for and tasked with making significant and real changes to our lifestyles and businesses in order to meet and resolve the environmental challenges we face today.

The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a globally recognised best practice methodology for IT service management, ensuring that a business’s IT services support goals and facilitate business growth.
ITIL describes processes, procedures, tasks, and checklists which are not technology or organisation specific, but can be applied by businesses and IT service management providers to deliver value and maintain competency and measure continual improvement.
Our Application Managed Services team members are ITIL-accredited, and all our Application Managed Services are based on the ITIL framework of best practice IT service management. By having team members ITIL accredited, and the service provision holistically based upon the framework of ITIL, this helps ensure that we deliver business value for our clients, and ensure we meet, and wherever possible exceed, service management standards globally.

We are a Crown Commercial Supplier, registered on the GCloud Government Framework, and on the Digital Outcome and Specialists Framework as a Digital Outcome and Specialist Supplier.
The GCloud Government Framework in the UK enables UK government organisations access to cloud software, suppliers, and hosting without the need to issue lengthy tender processes. Embridge Consulting is proud of its inclusion in this framework as a supplier to GCloud cloud hosting, software, and services since 2016, retaining our status on this framework year on year.
The Digital Outcome and Specialists Framework is a dynamic-style framework with the specific aim of helping the public sector buy, design, build and deliver digital outcomes using an agile approach, by procuring the appropriate specialist resource to deliver agile software development. Embridge Consulting became a Digital Outcome and Specialist Supplier on the framework in 2016, having seen a substantial increase in demand for our services within the Central, Local, and other Government Agencies. Therefore, to help simplify the procurement process for our clients, this was an essential step for us to take.
