Embridge Consulting recognised for people-first approach by Lloyds British Excellence Awards 2025

People-first business transformation consultancy, Embridge Consulting, has been recognised for its industry leading success by the prestigious Lloyds British Excellence Awards, having been shortlisted for ‘Business Enabler of the Year’.

Combining human ingenuity, propriety methodologies based on deep sector knowledge and alongside best-in-class ERP technology, Embridge is committed to helping organisations achieve faster time to value from digital transformation programs, at lower cost and with less risk.

Founded by CEO, Emma O’Brien, in 2009 Embridge has recently marked 15 successful years in business, having successfully delivered 44 client projects over the last 12 months, while also unveiling the launch of LEO – a fully managed integration platform designed to eliminate the complexity of enterprise system connectivity.

The UK’s largest and most prestigious awards programme, the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards champion resilience, innovation, sustainability, diversity and equality. This year, entrants were judged by an expert panel, including author, speaker and executive producer Sam McAlister, Commercial Director at Not On The High Streer, Lisa Rodwell and Jill Jenkisnson, CEO/Client Partner at T-Tree.

Being shortlisted for ‘Business Enabler of the Year’ comes at an exciting time for Embridge, having also been recognised as a silver award winner in Consultancy UK’s Top Consulting Firms 2025.

“At Embridge Consulting, we recognise that transformation is not just about technology – it’s about the people behind an organisation. It is this human-centred approach and our commitment to achieving positive business outcomes that has not only helped our clients achieve up to 30% efficiency gains, reduced attrition, and significantly improved digital maturity, but has also set us aside in a market that all too often is faced with failed, costly programmes.

It is, therefore, a genuine honour to be recognised by the Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards. This nomination is a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and we now look forward to the ceremony in November and wish all contestants the best of luck.”
