On the 10th and 11th July the Embridge Consulting team came together at the stunning Bromwich Castle Hotel for our much-anticipated Summer Team Meeting 2025. A two-day event filled with strategic insight, empowerment and team spirit.
With colleagues from across the UK these biannual gatherings are more than just dates in the diary they’re a vital opportunity to come together, build meaningful connections and align around our shared mission: putting people at the heart of transformation.
Welcome to Bromwich Castle: Collaboration in a stunning setting
Day one kicked-off with focused departmental meetings, setting the tone for shared goals, collaboration and a chance to celebrate our successes so far this year… The day wrapped up in classic Embridge style with a fantastic BBQ and a round of light-hearted (yet highly competitive!) games, including mini crazy golf, inflatable beer pong, and a few throwing challenges that sparked plenty of laughs and team spirit.
Day two began with a warm and friendly welcome and setting the tone for the focused-on collaboration, celebrations and bold visions ahead. The Embridge team were encouraged to make the most of their time together, to ask questions, engage fully and enjoy the experience.

A strategic vision for growth
Emma O’Brien, CEO opened the event by sharing a visionary update, revisiting the 3-Year Business Growth Plan, and reinforcing what truly sets Embridge apart.
“We don’t just deliver transformation, we deliver it in a way that’s strategic, people-focused, and built for the future” said Emma O’Brien.

Read what some of customers have to say:
“The migration went really well, and we genuinely couldn’t have done it without Embridge – we couldn’t have done it ourselves. And I think the benefit of having a company like Embridge doing it is that it’s a lot more personal. That personal touch counts for a lot.”
Olly Wright, Financial Controller at Quartzelec
When you’re doing an implementation, interpersonal interactions between your consultant team and you are what makes a real difference. The Embridge team were dynamic and personable. You can tell their team is integrated and engaged, allowing you to feel safe in their hands.

AI and Innovation: A key strategic theme
In one of the most forward-thinking sessions of the event, we demonstrated examples of how AI is not just a buzzword but a core strategic pillar for Embridge. We have established a dedicated, cross-functional AI team that spans marketing, sales, consulting, operations, and technology. This holistic approach ensures that AI is seamlessly integrated across our entire business, driving both internal innovation and delivering external value for our customers. With board-level attention and involvement, this initiative is set to revolutionise the way we operate and serve our customers.
AI in daily operations
The meeting featured live demonstrations that showcased how AI is already enhancing our productivity. From smarter content creation and email management to innovative ideas for our personal lives, such as book summaries and daily coaching, the potential of AI was vividly illustrated.
Moreover, thought leadership sessions explored the future of AI and its transformative impact on our customers organisations. These discussions highlighted how Embridge is preparing to meet the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
What AI means for Embridge people and customers
Embridge is not just discussing AI we are actively integrating it into our daily operations, our delivery methods, and our growth strategies. Customers can look forward to more AI-enabled services, smarter solutions, and increased delivery efficiency as we continue to evolve our offerings.
AI is being embedded into our delivery model and internal workflows, enabling smarter decision-making and more agile service for our customers. Our flagship platform, LEO, is already leveraging AI to enhance customer outcomes.
We also looked to the future, emphasising the need for innovation and strategic growth. We are dedicated to helping our customers embrace change with confidence, empowered by the transformative potential of AI, innovation and strategic growth. At Embridge, AI serves as a catalyst, but it is our people who are the true engine driving our success.
Exploring nature-based behavioural styles
The afternoon brought a boost of energy with an Empowerment and Personality Styles Workshop led by the brilliant Oluwatosin (Tosin) Ogunnusi, the UK’s No.1 Empowerment Trainer and Author.
Using the concept of Nature in the Workplace, we explored how the elements: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire reflect different personality and communication styles.
This wasn’t just an engaging workshop it was a powerful tool for personal and team growth.
Here’s how it benefits both sides:
For Embridge this workshop highlighted
Better self-awareness
We gain insight into our own personality styles (Fire, Water, Air, Earth), which helps us play to our strengths and grow where we need to.
Stronger collaboration
Understanding each other’s traits reduces friction, builds empathy, and leads to smoother teamwork across departments.
More confident communication
We learn how to adapt our approach depending on who we’re speaking to, making us more effective in meetings, presentations, and tough conversations.
Increased engagement and energy
Empowered people are more motivated, creative, and connected to their purpose and it shows in our daily work.
For our customers, this deeper understanding translates into more meaningful and effective communication by enabling more personalised experiences, faster and clearer interactions, stronger trust and rapport, and more proactive problem solving. It’s a direct reflection of our mission: putting people at the heart of transformation, ensuring every engagement is not only efficient and strategic, but truly human.

Looking ahead: Purpose, growth and people
Building on the momentum of the event, we also tapped into our creative side through technology by designing personalised AI avatars using Embridge’s LEO platform, a fun and forward-thinking showcase of innovation in action. With continued focus and energy, Embridge is heading into the second half of 2025 with ongoing purpose, ambition, and a clear vision for the future.
As we look to the future, our strategy remains deeply rooted in the needs of the industries we serve particularly UK public services, education, healthcare, commercial services, and not-for-profit organisations. From NHS finance transformation to local government reform, we’re focused on enabling sector-specific outcomes that deliver long-term impact. We combine deep domain expertise with a modern, people-first approach ensuring every solution is grounded in real-world sector challenges, and designed to support sustainable, meaningful change.
“As this was my first company event, I found the entire experience energising from start to finish. It struck the perfect balance of strategy, personal development, team connection, and fun. You could truly feel how much everyone valued being together. I left feeling more aligned, more motivated, and incredibly proud to be part of the Embridge journey.”
Claudette Twum-Danso, People & Social Impact Lead
As we continue to grow scaling our team, expanding our services, and embracing new technologies we stay grounded in what matters most: our people, our customers and the positive change we drive together.
