Session 1
Key Unit4 ERP Concepts
In this session you will be introduced to the key concepts of Unit4 ERP using the Desktop which include:
- Attributes and attribute values
- Relations
- Accounts rules
- Data control
- Menu access
- Projects and sub-projects
Session 2
Maintenance of Ordered Reports
In this session you will gain an overview of the report processing screens using the ‘Maintenance of ordered reports’ function.
This session covers:
- Running a process of a report
- Tracking the report progress
- Reviewing the output.
Session 3
Introduction to Enquiries
In this session you with gain an understanding of the various ways to access information from Unit4 ERP using tools such as simple, setup, and Browser enquiries, and Excelerator reports.
This session covers the three main types of enquiry available in Unit4 ERP:
- Simple Enquiries
- Setup Enquiries
- Browser Enquiries
Session 4
Balance Table Enquiries
In this session you will have an overview of Balance table enquiries which are similar to the ‘Enquiry setup’ window discussed in the previous section, allowing you to perform similar enquiries using selection criteria and sorting.
Session 5
Chart and Gauges
In this session you will gain an understanding of how to present your enquiries graphically using both charts and gauges.
Session 6
Information Pages
In this session you will gain an understanding of the Unit4 ERP information pages using preset information and an overview of how to create private information pages containing one or more reports of your choice.
Session 7
Analyzer Overview
In this session you will have an overview of the Unit4 Analyser tool which can be used to explore, analyse, and visualize your reporting and business information.
