  • Which items must not be deleted
  • Which items can be deleted
  • How to spot and how to clear error items

IntellAgent

This session will give you an understanding of the System Admin responsibility for IntellAgent Tasks.

You will learn the following:

  • The different output types
  • Likely causes of failure
  • How to resolve issues
