What are Training credits and how can I use them
A training credit can be used for any standard Virtual or hub based training course held at our Bristol or Kent training centre. 1 training credit = 1 attendee/course. Training courses are subject to minimum attendee numbers.
How can I use my mentoring time?
By getting the most out of the time you have we can schedule mentoring sessions to deal with specific projects or gaps in knowledge.
What if I don’t use all of my support hours in a month?
Your support hours will roll over but must be used before the end of your current subscription term or convert them to training credits. (7.5 support hours = 1 training credit)
Can I use my support hours for development
Sadly not, but you can buy development hours at a discounted rate.
What happens if I don’t want to keep my support contract?
We give a 30 day satisfaction guarentee so it you are unhappy for whatever reason you can cancel within the first 30 days, no quibble.
What is your enhancement review service?
When taking a like for like upgrade approach, implementing new features can be daunting and time consuming, so with this service we can help you plan, review and implement those areas that will provide the quickest wins.
