We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager who are required to sell our world-class SaaS and service offerings and support our ambitious growth targets. The right candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, and the ability to meet and exceed quotas. They will be self-motivated, while being a true team player. They will embrace Embridge’s people centric values, while having an entrepreneurial passion for winning and taking business to the next level.
The post holders should be very hands-on, and able to consistently build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term sales plans and execute on them for our prospects.
The ideal candidates will have significant experience selling Unit4 or leading class ERP and / or financial software solutions. It’s critical to our business that our Sales Account Managers have been employed by, or competed against, Public Sector ERP / Finance system providers in complex selling situations.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for building sales pipeline in existing Embridge Consulting / Unit4 clients.
- Meet / exceed quarterly quota targets.
- Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal.
- Manage and follow up on qualified leads.
- Provide and guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward the Embridge Consulting solution.
- Execute on Embridge Consulting’s consultancy sales methodology.
- Update and track all activities in our CRM automation tool.
- Responsible for agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop executive and operational level relationships with target companies, promoting Embridge’s offering and solutions, cultivating new opportunities.
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by Management, which may include new business opportunities if required.
Skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable experience in sales-related account management.
- Significant knowledge and experience of one or more sectors, including but not limited to: Public Sector, Professional Services and Higher Education.
- Experience of selling for a major software vendor or competing against them in complex selling situations.
- Command knowledge of the enterprise software industry.
- Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Able to actively engage in a consultative sales approach.
- Must be articulate with strong writing, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong (advanced desirable) computer literacy including but not limited to Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent business-level language skills.
- Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities.
- Very strong work ethic with “can do” attitude, and able to use initiative to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Good commercial awareness.
