This ERP Today award recognises ‘customers and partners that demonstrate the greatest impact and value from their transformation project’. Social Work England partnered with Embridge Consulting on an agile, forward-thinking Unit4 ERP implementation, which is transforming the way people work at this specialist regulator finance and payroll tasks that previously proved difficult to execute can now be achieved in seconds.
The Social Work England success was achieved as part of an aggressive six-month deployment schedule, undertaken during Covid-19 restrictions. The entire Embridge and Social Work England team collaborated as one and is now building on this success to support the next phase of growth.
Delivering these benefits on such a tight timescale was a huge challenge – and we were mindful of people’s wellbeing,” says Guy Oliver, Project Delivery & Improvements Manager, Social Work England. “Our success was made possible by having a unified team that was empowered and brave in their actions; by adopting structured change control, and by treating each other with kindness.
