Emma founded Embridge Consulting in 2009. Emma leads the Board and Senior Management Teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools needed to achieve our strategic objectives and deliver our services to the Embridge standards of excellence.
After starting the business from her front room with a staff of one (herself!), Emma has led Embridge into being a £multi-million company employing over 50 members of staff with a pool of over 100 Associates. Leading from the front every step of the way, Emma’s bold and perceptive understanding of people and technology means she continually explores new avenues of innovation and direction, supporting the SMT and the wider team to be creative, daring, and determined to achieve excellence and always be the best they can be. Emma’s compassion and determination to create a sustainable, assured, and reliable business which gives back to communities underpins the approach to all our practices. 2022 has seen Emma win a ‘Rising Star’ Award as part of the LDC’s Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme.
