Session 1

Overview of IntellAgent

In this session you will gain an understanding of the Unit4 ERP IntellAgent.

The areas it will explain are:

  • What is IntellAgent in the Unit4 ERP system?
  • How IntellAgent is integrated with Unit4 ERP
  • The IntellAgent functionality

Session 2

Simple IntellAgent Set Up

In this session you will gain an understanding of the setup of the Unit4 ERP IntellAgent module.

The areas it will explain are:

  • Setting up a personal Browser
  • Attaching a simple IntellAgent
  • Setting up the alert template
  • Receiving the alert via email

Session 3

Advanced IntellAgent Setup

In this session your will be shown how to set up an advanced IntellAgent alert using Information Browsers.

The areas it will explain are:

  • Browser setup
  • Alert set up using IntellAgent
  • IntellAgent output

Session 4

Directory Polling

In this session you will gain a good understanding of directory polling in IntellAgent by the creation of a Directory Polling alert.

Session 5

SQL and IntellAgent

In this session you will look at how to:

  • Query the Unit4 ERP database to o Define an alert
  • Add SQL queries
  • Amendment Logging
  • Run a SQL executable
  • Perform Enquiries
  • Understand IntellAgent Parameters
