Embridge Consulting is now incredibly into its 7th year, but it is the past 18 months that has seen the business not only grow in size, but more importantly in its services and reputation.
Bursting with employees and associates in a record time wasn’t enough for MD Emma O’Brien! Budding partnerships and exploding innovative ideas were literally bouncing off the page and into reality faster than we could spin in our new office chairs and we needed help – sound, fierce, smart, thinking outside the box help. We needed Sales and Marketing!
With this is mind, we set about the task of finding the right person to front the minefield that is Sales and Marketing. Somebody who has sound ERP knowledge, a good eye for design, bright ideas and an original thinker, a smooth networker, and a master Jedi at social media. Was there such a person out there that would have all these qualities and understand the Embridge vision; who would share the same passion for innovation and delivering a top quality service. Welcome Tracey Adams!
For those of you who have been working within the Unit4 Business World space for the past decade, several of you will probably either recognise Tracey’s name or maybe have met directly at one of the many U4 conferences. With 10 years’ of experience in Sales and Marketing, working directly with the U4BW product at Integra Associates, Tracey has watched first-hand the space grow and evolve over time, gathering not only an in-depth understanding and knowledge of what is now Unit4 Business World but an acute awareness of its marketplace and audience. We literally couldn’t believe our luck when we discovered she was up for a new challenge.
Tracey has many talents up her sleeve as well as Sales and Marketing, with one being the British Ladies Champion at Petanque, a sport she has been playing since she was 7! Not content with the British title, she then went on to conquer the world and take 8th place with her team in the world championships held in Thailand in 1990! Based down in Cornwall, with her beloved springer spaniels and husband of 20+ years, Tracey loves to surf, snowboard, walk and tend to her allotment. When she’s not busy, being…. well busy, Tracey is either searching for the next challenge (including day release as a mature university student) or travelling the UK in her VW camper van come rain or shine.
Tracey started at Embridge on 1st April and hit the ground running with the run up to the U4CC2016 conference where we were super proud to have her representing our stand over the 2 days. She has worked tirelessly since she began, shaking us up and whipping us into a social media frenzy, promoting our brand, our services, our business and sharing thought provoking ideas to get you, the customer, thinking more about how effectively your ERP business system is working for you. We’re not sure if her head is still spinning, but she has already made an incredibly positive impact on both the team and our clients and we are immensely proud to have her on the Embridge team.
