MERP achieves ITIL standard
Following in the footsteps of Anne and Jon a huge congratulations goes to Jane, Teresa, Chloe and Becky who all smashed their ITIL exam last week after an incredibly intense 3-day training course.
ITIL, formerly known as Information Technology Infrastructure Library, is a set of detailed global best practices for IT service management, which focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business where the goal is to improve efficiency alongside achieving predictable service levels.
The ITIL Foundation course, which provides a strong understanding of the entire ITIL guidelines and framework focusing on continual service improvement, was a key deliverable for the Managed ERP helpdesk team this year.
So with personal development and attaining accreditations high up on the Embridge Consulting wish list, we are always excited to announce our success stories, especially where they have been super challenging and add bulk to our business credibility.
