Due to rapid expansion we need more Unit4 Business World support consultants!

At Embridge Consulting, over the last 6 months, we have seen our team grow, now due to several new customers taking our Managed ERP service, we are expanding our team in Bristol yet again.

Job Title: Support Consultant

Position: Permanent – Full time based in our busy Bristol City centre office – located near to Bristol Temple Meads.

The Role: You will be required to provide support to our Managed ERP customer base in a 1st/2nd line and remote consultancy position (depending on experience) in respect of their Unit4 Business World Business (Agresso) solution.

What the role entails, but is not limited to:

 Respond to the customer in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer’s SLA.

 Research logged tickets and provide the customer with a solution, work around or action plan.

 Keep the customer informed through written and verbal communication on progress of the logged issue.

 Progress each problem through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and Unit4 as needed whilst retaining ownership of the call.

 Document issues clearly and concisely in the call handling system and record all time spent.

 Identify opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities and to raise these via the Senior Support Consultant, Head of Managed ERP and/or Business Development Manager.

 Provide remote consultancy as and when required for Embridge Consulting customers (depending on experience).
