As a people-centric organisation, we recognise that our actions and behaviours have real impact, and that impact can be used for the good of others, either within our organisation or for our wider communities.
What we do now can change lives and it is within all of us to be able to make a positive change for others. We believe in the responsibility we each have, individually and together, to make a positive change.
We use the uniqueness of our organisation and our team to really support and make a positive difference for others. It is within our core ethos to use our skills, talents, and capabilities for the benefit of others.
At Embridge Consulting, we promote the support of Not-for-Profit organisations, and we provide our team with paid leave to take part in charity and community outreach events. We have ‘Give as You Earn’ in place to enable our staff to give regularly to a charity of their choice. We celebrate our team’s volunteering and involvement in charitable events and spearhead events of our own to provide support and donations to charities and communities where our help and support will make a difference.
We are a group of talented and caring individuals who want to make a real difference, big or small, across local and national communities.
We’re extremely happy to say that our efforts to support charities and community programmes has had an echo effect, leading others close to us in both business and personal relationships to also give back; a glorious ripple effect of positive giving and beneficial impact. We celebrate them one and all!
Here are some recent examples of events and programmes we’ve been happy to support and take part in, and celebration of some of the people and companies that have joined us on that journey:
