Summary
This one day course will allow you to gain a foundational level of understanding of the fully Integrated Unit4 ERP Project Costing & Billing (PCB) module, enabling you to setup and classify projects and for this classification to drive the project record, increasing project forecasting, reporting and customer invoicing accuracy.

Session 1
Projects (PCB) and Billing Overview
In this session the training covers an overview of the timesheet process, enabling you to understand how a project is structured, the invoicing structure used on a project and how invoices are processed.
You will cover:
- What is a project?
- What is project invoicing?
Session 2
Initial Project Setup
In this session the training covers an overview of the initial setup required for projects, enabling you to understand the setup to enable project invoicing to operate and how to set up the system to process invoices.
You will cover confirming:
- The attribute setup
- The INV.STAT (BA) setup
- Account rules
- The chart of accounts
- Common fixed registers
- Income categories
Session 3
Project Invoice Setup
In this session the training covers an overview of the initial setup required for projects so you understand the codes and fixed registers that are required for invoicing to work correctly, how invoice plans are set up and maintained and the facilities available to bespoke invoicing to your business needs
You will cover:
- Invoice Setup
- Invoice Plan setup
Session 4
Creating Invoices
In this session the training covers how to create an invoice giving you an understanding of Project data for Invoicing and how to enter and check invoice data ready for invoicing.
You will cover:
- Invoice from the invoice base
- Invoice Enquiries
Session 5
Additional Invoice Processes and Enquiries
In this session the training covers how to use additional invoice functionality so you understand how to process Copy and Credit invoice, how to generate and process credit invoices and how to understand Invoice Enquires
You will cover:
- Printing a copy invoice
- Generating a credit invoice
- Recalculating hour rates
- Invoice Follow up
