Being able to record data centrally and report across it is always a key request from customers who often have disparate systems holding their critical information.
This full day course provides an understanding of Information Browser, Unit4 ERP’s in-system reporting tool,
allowing reporting requirements to be managed by users centrally by configuration of their own reports so they can carry out their own basic or advanced analysis and providing a true single source of information.

- To appreciate the HR reporting capabilities in the Unit4 ERP
- Understand how to create new reports in HR and modify existing reports
- Understand the scope and functionality of the enquiry methods available within Unit4 ERP

In this session you will learn about the Unit4 ERP reporting tool Information Browser and will be given an overview on its functionality and uses.
You will cover:
- How they work
- Adding Criteria
- Viewing and saving results
- Exporting
Session 3
Formatting Reports
In this session you will see the options available to format reporting in the Information Browser tool.
You will cover:
- Table Formats
- Expressions
- Changing Column Names
- Conditional Formatting
- Sorting and Grouping
- Aggregating
- Filtering results
Session 4
Analyzer Overview
In this session you will have an overview of the Analyzer tool, which you can use on any enquiry report to filter and sub-filter results for easy visualisation in multiple ways.
